Dear,
I have an iPhone 4s with Jailbreak, I want to upgrade to iOS 7.1.2 and not to iOS 8.
However, the iTunes always got the error 3194, followed all the articles of the internet and no work. What can i do.

You are getting that error as it is no longer possible to restore to iOS 7.1.2 as Apple has stopped signing the firmware file. You can check this article for more details:

But I'm not restoring, have iOS 7.1.1 and want to update to iOS 7.1.2.
