i phone 3gs stuck on apple logo

my phone has packed up and trying to use old jailbroken phone however it is stuck at apple logo and laptop is not picking it up for some reason. any help??? o

Restore to 6.x and rejailbrake. Take a backup though before reinstalling ios.
Or if cant reinstall in anyway ios then phone prolly broken.
