iPhone 4s 7.1.2 --- pangu keeps telling me to have a proper internet connection

So I tried different computers, turned off restrictions and passcodes... Now one thing I haven't tried is changing the date and time first ... And can someone give me more tips on this issue cause I know it's not only me that's been thru this... I downloaded from the pangu.io website as well... Just trying to be thorough...
