Delete Hidden photos

I am unable to delete any photos located in the "Hidden photo album". The trash can in not available. The photos were moved from a PC to the iPad prior to be hidden. Any ideas on how to delete them?

If u are jalbroken just browse to the folder and delete. If not use the app u used to hide them to unhide.
