iphone 4s stuck on apple logo with a progress bar

My 4s was suddenly off. I couldn't restart it. i connected it to itunes & it showed that its in recovery mode. i tried many things(pressed both home & sleep button) to start it but i couldn't. so i started to restore it with itunes. in that process my phone woke up with an apple logo + progress bar and stuck in same situation. No progress in the bar. my ios was 8.3(jailbroken).
Please help me if u can....!!!
