Iphone4S stuck off mode while upgrading to IOS8.4

Anybody face the same experience? I were upgrading my Iphone 4S to IOS8.4, but I don't even know whether my Iphone has completed upgrade or not, caused it stuck off mode, i can't turn it on till now. Please advice.

    sorry no advice but I have a similar problem with my iphone 6+. it is showing an itunes icon with white lead underneath it. I think I have to connect to a computer and install itunes on my Windows PC and then try and do the install. at this point I am stuck. I cannot get my fone to start it seems stuck. I have rebooted it multiple times but no joy

    Only advice that can give w/o seeing is that try different usb port or cable
