You can't downgrade as Apple has stopped signing iOS 7 firmware files.

Im so new using apple & the phone its self lol im not sure how to do that via itunes i fid the last update but can not remember wot the hell i did , atm the update shows were im ment hit install thats not letting me press it ,iv deleted most apps incase woz the memory but still nowt & cant seem restart or reset it any advice :-t
