Did you try the volume up trick? Press the Volume up button when the device is rebooting.

Did you have this issue after installing a tweak or you made some changes to the system files?

I was updating using iTunes . I think it got unplugged or something . Had the white apple screen an stuck half way on the download. Tied to restart the phone an stuck in iTunes recovery

Oh try to put your device in recovery mode. You should be able to restore your device after putting it in recovery mode. You can check this guide if you need help:

the problem is stuck in recovery mode an will not restore in itunes an is stick in recovery mode

i am having the same problem i reset my i phone 5 and now it is not opening it is just showing an apple logo and progress bar and even it is notconnecting to i tunes
