.plist hack [Help!?]

Hello!
As the title says:
Been messin' around in info.plist of some apps. And in Photosynt I wanted to change the camera capture resolution, the thing is that it captures using the video settings to make it faster.
And also, I wanted to make Photo Sphere app to capture panos in iPhone 4, it only works as 'viewer' of community panos (web), but when I try to capture it says something like 'doesn't work on this device'. Though it works on 4s (the app, not the hack).
So, how can I change the capture settings AND the minimum device (iP4) capture settings? Any help would be cool!!
