Cydia Installer for 8.4.1?

Is there anyway to download a Cydia installer on my iPhone. I've been a jail broken user for a long time now and was recently forced to update my phone because of some error on my phone. I am currently sitting at iOS 8.4.1 and would love a way to get Cyida on my phone with the hopes of finding a way to downgrade my iOS.

If all else fails I might just smash my phone and try to get a replacement from Apple with the hopes of getting a device that can be jail broken.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
