Simlock activation

I inserted a wrong sim card on my iphone 5c tmobile usa,but when it open it says that,the UPDATE COMPLETED "your iphone was updated successfully."

And then it asking my carrier unlock sim to activate,but unfortunately im in ksa so i dont have a tmobile sim.

Please help,,,what should i do open my phone.thanks
