I've installed Pangu 1.2.1 on my 5s IOS 7.1.2. Also installed phone vigil from cell spy. All was fine, until the safesite app on device started uploading over 2 gigs data. Removed it as source from Cydia & even deleted from list of apps. Am now trying to reload & it won't upload data as says allow cell data in settings, but this app is not listed there. Should I reload Pangu & then re-load source ? Has there been previous reports of such issues ?
