I can only get in touch with the phone through iTune.
I choose on Itunes I will refresh or restore it.
I will not allow ... error comes on Itunes.
I can not erase it completely and start over ??

Have you tried restoring your phone while connecting it through USB to PC. In that case you must have iTunes software on your PC, i hope it works.

Trying putting the device in DFU mode and then restoring the device.

Don't forget to take a backup before doing it.
