hi ive just gone into my calender stock app and its all messed up ive got just the top line of the months then just the dates for the sundays nothing else and when I click to see whole year just crashes I'm on 8.4 jailbroken cheers

Did you try force restarting your iPhone? Press the Home button and Sleep/Wake button simultaneously till you see the Apple logo.

You could try reconfiguring the account to see if it helps.

tried everything if its only showing 26 days for October then theres another October but the second one has the first as Saturday its saying Saturday 31swt but showing 1st on sunday ?

Dont know if its related just tried downloading a free app from appstore and its not downloading ?

Not really sure. It's quite strange. I will let you know if I can find a solution.
