Hi,
In before too I apologize for my bad English .
I want to know if there is any source in cydia to solve my problem.
I have an iphone 5s and when I call it I get lag and microphone and speakers do not work.
And since I tested the speakers and microphone into other applications and they work.

It seems that your iPhone 5S has some problem only with phone calls. This may be caused by the system error. Why not send it to an iPhone aftersale service center for repair? Good luck!

Just try force restarting your iPhone to see if it helps.
