"This app can't run on your PC" HELP!!!!

I have been getting the error saying that the Pangu 1.0.1 app can't run on my windows computer, so I tried it on my buddies fully updated windows computer and it still isn't working. Can someone please help me solve this issue?!?!?!

Try Disable Antiviruz then run Pangu.... ;))
