Touch ID Not Working

I am having an issue that is unrelated to jailbreaking, but about iPhones in general. I replaced the logic board on my iPhone 5s,and the new logic board came with a home button. Whenever I connect this home button, it only works as a home button and not Touch Id. Does anyone know a fix? If not, is there a tweak that would allow me to use this home button?

You should go back to the repair shop that changed the logic board. It looks like it is something they need to fix.

I did the replacement myself. I have done logic board replacements before and they have worked. My phone is jailbroken on 9.0.2.

Have you tried to setup the fingerprint again. Does it work?
