Jailbreak Went Wrong!

I tried jailbreaking my iphone 4s iOS 8.4 using TaiG on my mac. Everything was going smooth until I opened up Cydia. Cydia was installing and all of a sudden my phone went on a black screen. Thought it turned off so I pressed the home button, and noticed my screen was not normal so I rebooted my phone. Now all I see is my wallpaper but none of my apps. I did a restore backup thinking it would get it back to normal but it didn't work. What now?
