passcode sertings crash

hey

i recently update to ios 9.0.2 iphone 6
and jailbreak it

now when i try to enter to settings-> passcode
the settings app get crash and i need to close and re open it

but i cant access the passcode settings

any suggestions beside restore and re-jailbreak?
