Pangu 9 Download not working

Hey all,
I've been lurking on the site for quite a while and finally decided to make an account.
I finally got around to updating my jailbroken iPhone 5 running 8.1.2 but I've hit a snag.
I can't get the download from the official pangu 9 site working and can't seem to find another(that is not a scam)
Can anyone possibly hook me up with a download from another source?
