my iphone5s was showing to connect itune. when i connect and first i update but it was comming error.then i tried to restore but loading the apple logo in iphone only not restoring. at the same time i saw in itunes.its telling that "prepairing the phone for restore". after little time showing erro 4013. please advice me the best solution for this issue. i updated th latest virsion 9.1

Update itunes to the latest version
And make sure your iphone has enough storage at least 2 gigs
What about battery ?? You have to charge it above 50% before updating -
thanks man for the support. im sure i dont have any space. maximum it will be 20mb only. i have already the lates version of itunes. charge also no problem. but i dont know whats wrong with this

Try changing usb port and the lightening cable if not fixed try from another computer
