Unlocked 5s

ATT unlocked a used phone I bought. I have confirmed the unlock at the ATT website and saw it come up on restore in itunes before jailbreaking the phone. Will the unlock hold after the jailbreak or does it need to be done again with software? If so what app to use to unlock? If I were to un-jailbreak the phone would the unlock still hold?

iphone 5s ios 9.0.1.
