PLIST Encrypted String

First of all I am a noob regarding this stuff so it would be nice to get some help ,I have this two string values a= ”UGsK1DrKOrZw4w09V/cQeA==” and be = ”7Ov3n3edY7hobtnAP+A11A==” both are inside plist file of one of my app the app show me that a=7 and b= 9688691663 and in fact I want to know what type of encryption is carry out here and how to retrieve the encryption key if I need to retrieve it in the first place so that for example I could modify both string a and b . There is something to add here both string are generated by the app in another device yet my device can read it (is there common encryption key across devices?) a detail explanation would be nice .
