Time zone setting problem IOS 9.1

Hello,
I moved from Morocco (Africa) to Russia few days ago, I have a new russian Operator now on my iPhone 6 IOS 9.1. The problem is, the time on the automatic setting is still showing time in Morocco, and if I try to do it manually, I can't change the country, just the time...but it steel showing the 3 hours time difference in the applications like mails, Facebook...and I can't use FaceTime or iMessage if it's not on automatic setting.
Can someone help me please.

Make sure location service is turned on and time & date to set automatically... Then try using the map and weather app
