Upgrading to ios 9.0.2

Hi, currently im running on ios 8.3 jailbroken and i thought of upgrading to higher ios and jailbreak it so i heard that there is no jailbreak for ios 9.1 , can i upgrade from IOS 8.3 to 9.0.2 directly ?

Apple has stopped signing iOS 9.0.2 firmware file so you can't upgrade to iOS 9.0.2.
