Downgrading

HI there,
Ive got one, big question. Im wondering since i can remember about downgrading my iphone 4 GSM with ios 7.1.2 to ios 6.1.3 or 5.1.1. Questions there: Am I able to do it without preinstalling any 3rd party apps like Cydia or Jaillbreak? I mean. Is it able to do the downgrade to te original IOS without redsnow and etc etc. I dont want jailbreak or cydia or sth like that on my phone.

You can downgrade to iOS 5.1.1 only if you've SHSH blobs for those versions. But why would you want to downgrade to such an old version.

You can downgrade if you have shsh blobs? I am on ios 9(ipad 3rd generation) and i have blobs for 6.1, 6.1.2 and 5.1.1!Can i downgrade? *_*
