somthing in cydia is stopping my 5s from getting reception please help.

hi,guys I was wondering if someone can help.
my jb iPhone 5s ios8.1.2 isn't picking up service.
when I put it in safe mode its gets reception without fail.
,sometimes it will want to be reactived too.
as there is no current jb at the moment,i was hoping its just a bad tweak.
any ideas?

Try uninstalling tweaks you installed recently

I did that,still had no luck.

It is highly unlikely a tweak is causing the problem. You could try resetting network settings to see if it helps by going to Settings > General > Reset > tapping on Reset Network Settings. Note that you will need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords and reconfigure VPN.
