omg. i did a Factory reset of my ipod touch and now im stuck on a stupid activate page. I tried every id i can think of and no go. I am rey upset as this is not even year old and paid good money. is it still under warrenty? or an i going to throw this through a apple store window.? please help.

There is no way to bypass it. It is a theft prevention mechanism incorporated by Apple. You should contact the owner to get him to disable it. It can be disabled remotely as well:
