Hi there i bought a iphone4s of someone who had forgot there icloud account login i tried to restore it using itunes and now alli get to is activate iphone is there anyway to bypass this at all ... Thanks

You can ask that person to go to Apple's website to reset a forgotten password, unlock a locked account, or recover an Apple ID:

If that person can't retrieve it, then it is quite likely a lost or stolen device. -
Well I called apple. I have one the owner is just a stoner with pstd. Not all there. Another who is just being a jerk,and is most likely a little salty I was able to revive his old iPhone 4s that looks like it had been ran over. So this won't work. Then what do I do?
