Reminder before calling someone app/tweak

Does someone know an app/tweak that allows you to set a reminder/note/alert before calling a specific person? I.e. before calling "Thomas" get a reminder/confirmation (before actually calling) " Thomas is at work 08:00 till 18:00, are you sure you want to call him?"
