so I followed all steps provided in both the instructions on this site and in the video on youtube and have been unsuccessful in stopping the endless reboot cycle. I'm using an iPod 4G, my iOS is 6.1.6, and my redsn0w is 9.15b9. the software I had redsn0w use is 6.0.0 as instructed. wtf do I do???

I made a typo. my redsn0w is 9.15b3 not 9.15b9

How exactly did you get into the reboot loop issue? Was it after installing a tweak?
