UNABLE TO RESTORE OR UPDATE SOFTWARE THROUGH ITUNES PHONE STUCK IN RECOVERY MODE

It began when the mobile network/cellular data on my phone was constantly stuck on "searching..." it would not let me update to IOS 9.2 on my device so I tried updating the software via ITunes. I wanted to update my IOS in hope that it would fix my mobile network error, however, ITunes could not restore or update my phone and now every time I try and turn my phone on, it tells me to connect to ITunes, even though ITunes cannot do anything to help me. My phone is now stuck in "recovery mode" I have tried putting my phone into DFU mode and then restoring my device again via ITunes, but it still wont do it!! Still stuck in recovery mode!!
