Missing com.apple.accessoryd.plist for iOS 6.1.3/iPhone 4S

Hello all,
I want to connect the Apple VGA cable to iPhone 4S (iOS 6.1.3 + jailbreak) and fail to have any image on the monitor because it appears I am missing the following file:
"com.apple.accessoryd.plist" located in system/library/launchdaemons.
System restore with iNati0nDowngrade didn't fix the problem.
I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this. I lost several days googling for the file and had no success.
