Jailbreak Help

Hello, I jailbroke my iphone 5s on ios 9.0.2 and then ran into some problems with it and found online to uninstall and reinstall the cydia substrate, but when i uninstalled it deleted everything tweak wise, took away the cydia app and basically took every part of my jailbreak away. When I go to rejailbreak it with the pangu tool, it says my phone is already jailbroken and that I can't rejailbreak. Any ideas on what I have to do to get it to rejailbreak? Much appreciated

You could use iLEX RAT or Cydia impactor.
