iphone 4 disabled. retrieve data?

So I found my old iphone 4. Switched it on and it says 'iphone disabled connect to itunes'. Only problem is i don't have the original laptop it was set up/backed up on and cant remember my icloud details. (no longer with iphone) is there a way or an app of getting passed this to get retrieve my data. Ive got pics of my kids when they were born on there and really want them back
