cant execture cydia impactor

hello,
i have iphone 6 with 8.3 JB .
recently i installed something in cydia went terribly wrong.
when i open cydia , the changes tab is empty with nothing in it. also the installed tweak tab is empty with nothing inside and when i tring to search for some tweak, i get nothing.
i was advised to use cydia impactor through this link

since as mentioned , cydia doesnt work for me anymore, but although i run the impactor via the ifile installer but
although installation end with code 0 (which i understand is good), i cant find any icon of the impactor and therefor cant complete the process.
any advise ?
