Is there a way to manually downgrade IOS 9.1 or 9.2 to 9.0.1?

Hi. If I get and iphone 5 with IOS 9.1 or 9.2 installed, will I be able to manually downgrade it to 9.0.1?

No it is not possible. Apple has stopped signing iOS 9.2 and lower firmware files.
