iPhone 6 changed & forgot password, no Touch ID after reboot...

I'm running iOS 8.4 jailbroken and completely forgot my password after changing it last night. I've guessed numerous times up until my iPhone is disabled for 60 minutes, twice. I'm afraid the next messaged will simply be disabled...
Is there any hope? All stored fingerprints are mine, and I could explain any single piece of evidence to Apple. Of course it requires password upon boot before Touch ID can be used...
I'm willing to PayPal someone if they have any serious advice. I'd like to remain on 8.4 and not restore, losing my jailbreak and data. I can't even sync or trust a computer at this point.
PLEASE HELP ASAP.
