Add Subview in lock screen with button action

Hi I want to create an app with this functionality:
When the user receives a push notification, I want to add an image as a subview on the lock screen with a button that I can handle its action.
Is this possible on a jailbroken device?
If yes can someone help on where to look at?
Can I make this work on a non jailbroken device with "theos-jailed"?
