Can't restore/recover from Ios 7.04 on Ipad Air

Hello everyone currently Ipad Air is on 7.04 jailbroken with the instructions found here;

When trying to update get numerous errors ranging from Error 3194 or
"This device isn't eligible for the requested build" even got stuck in a boot loop however
was luckily enough to get out of it using other programs.
Even checked to make sure that Itunes was connecting to apple and got the following;

255.255.255.255 broadcasthost

Is Ipad going to be stuck on Ios 7.04? Any help greatly appreciated!
