Help me downgrade

Hello guys. I am currently running iOS 9.3.2 on my iPhone and want to downgrade to iOS 9.0.2 for jailbreak (I have a 32-bit windows pc). I downloaded the ipsw and all but I keep getting error 3194. All the videos I've watched tell me to change my hosts file but I still keep getting the error. I suddenly realized the error was that Apple hasn't signed the iOS 9.0.2 ipsw. I tried using iFaith but it only works up to iOS 6. I've tried saving shsh blobs using tinyumbrella but that didn't work either. I even changed the file extension from .ipsw to .shsh. None of these worked. Somebody please help me downgrade

Not possible and mostly irrelevant with the 9.0.2 - 9.3.3 jailbreak that's available.
