TaiG error with ios 8.4 jailbreak

I have downloaded the latest version (2.45) as well as reinstalling itunes but it is giving me the error of THE PROCEDURE ENTRY POINT JSVALUEISOBJECTOFCLASS COULD NOT BE LOCATED IN THE DYNAMIC LIBRARY OF ........ (directory), saying that itunes.dll is missing in that folder but when I go there, the file is there.
I've tried creating a new user account but still get the same error and tried it on a different computer where it gave me a network error... ideas?
