yeah, but there aren't several million blackjack users on the at&t network that at&t has to worry about using this app (Tens of thousands at best)

This is the reason I sold my slingbox because I can't use over 3g.
And now I'm stuck with a $30 app that I don't use. I wonder if apple can include a real marketplace where I can trade or resell apps we don't need any more kind of like gamestop or directly with other customers. -
