PP app not reinstalling Jailbreak. IOS 9.3.3

So when I go to the pp app (after restarting devise) I click the circle button then click the lock button, I get the notification then screen goes to black, a couple seconds later I get this loading bar for maybe a minute then the devise goes to my lockscreen, but Cydia still isn't working. Any fix ?
