ios10 issues in 5C

after updating my iphone 5c to ios10 i have been facing many problems.
My device heats up without being used, safari isnt smooth at all, battery drains 2-3 times faster, apps take long time to open and sometimes doesn't even open.. i keep on pressing the icon nd nothing happens, phone has become so laggy.
Earlier it was smoothly working without any issues.
Any solution for this??
