set icons anywhere in the screen?

I am VERY new to apple. I have an iphone 7 + and I love it. I have had android phones for the past 7 years. I miss the customization aspect of android. I am not new to hacking, rooting and modding phones.
I know there is no JB for ios 10 yet. The thing I miss the most about android is the ability to put icons (apps) anywhere on my home screen, whereas Ios they start at the top left and fall into place left to right, top to bottom.
Does anyone know if there is a cydia tweak that would allow the apps to be placed where I want them?
