Cameras Black / Siri not working / Phone hot!!

I installed Flex 2.5 Beta 18 two days ago and then uninstalled it. Since I did that, my camera is black (both front and back), Siri does not work, and the phone is VERY hot (battery dies very quickly).
Another odd thing I've noticed is that the camera, while black, must be seeing something, but not showing it on the screen. It tracks faces (highlights squares on the black screen) and moves/resizes them as people move, etc.
I need to fix this ASAP... but if I backup/restore, it'll make me upgrade to 10.x right?
