iPhone4s restarts after updating its iOS

Hello guys my name is Gustavo Woltmann and I work in a small publishers company for almost a decade now. I encountered a problem with my iPhone4s. I updated its iOS but after doing so, the phone restarts on its own. How can this be solved and repair?
