iPhone 4S on 5.0 - worth jailbreaking?

My Mac is running the latest OS,
I have a netbook running Win 7
Absynthe looks like it was the way to jailbreak an iphone way back in the day...
Now that I have a 4S on 5.0, not 5.0.1 etc. is it worth the trouble, are there any good reasons not to bother?
