Remove jailbreak without restore

I m currently on ios 10.2 yalu jailbroken. My phone is taking about 24 GB of other data which i have no idea how it is there. I have only 8-10 cydia tweak and around 20 apps. I want to restore so that i can re-jailbreak. I want to which is the best possible method.
I heard there are problems with osrestoreX cydia tweak and also with icloud method. Please help me out. Thanks
